Incontro informativo con i genitori degli alunni/e della Scuola Secondaria di Primo Grado.
Si comunica alle SS.LL. in indirizzo che, il giorno 6 ottobre 2025 alle ore 17 avrà luogo presso l’Aula Magna del plesso Pavoni dell’I.C. via F. Laparelli un incontro informativo con i genitori degli alunni/e della Scuola Secondaria di Primo Grado.
Di seguito gli argomenti trattati:
- uso e importanza del registro elettronico;
- frequenza scolastica, puntualità e giustificazioni di assenze e ritardi;
- compiti a casa e ruolo della famiglia nel supporto allo studio;
- uscite didattiche e viaggi di istruzione come momenti formativi;
- colloqui con gli insegnanti e modalità di comunicazione scuola-famiglia;
- attività e laboratori pomeridiani proposti dall’istituto;
- cura personale e benessere degli alunni in ambito scolastico;
- regolamento d’istituto e rispetto delle norme;
- utilizzo del sito web della scuola per informazioni e aggiornamenti.

- istituzione di uno sportello di mediazione linguistico-culturale.
L’incontro vuole essere un momento di dialogo e collaborazione, utile per rispondere a domande e
condividere buone pratiche che favoriscano il percorso educativo e formativo degli studenti.
���� It is hereby communicated to you that on october 6, 2025, at 5:00 PM, in the Aula Magna of the
Pavoni building of the I.C. via F. Laparelli, an informative meeting will be held with the parents of the
students of the middle school.
It will be discussed the following topics:
- use and importance of the electronic register;
- school attendance, punctuality, and justification of absences and delays;
- homework and the role of the family in supporting study;
- educational outings and study trips as formative experiences;
- meetings with teachers and methods of school-family communication;
- afternoon activities and workshops proposed by the institute;
- personal care and well-being of students in the school environment;
- school rules;
- use of the school website for information and updates;
- italian language school for mothers;
- establishment of a linguistic and cultural mediation desk.
The meeting aims to be a moment of dialogue and collaboration, useful to answer questions and to share
good practices that support the educational and formative journey of students.

শিক্ষার্থীদের অভিভাবকদের সঙ্গে একটি তথ্যমূলক সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
আলোচিত বিষয়গুলো নিম্নরূপ:
- ইলেকট্রনিক রেজিস্টারের ব্যবহার ও গুরুত্ব;
- বিদ্যালয়ে উপস্থিতি, সময়ানুবর্তিতা এবং অনুপস্থিতি ও দেরির যৌক্তিকতা;
- বাড়ির কাজ ও অধ্যয়নে পরিবারের ভূমিকা;
- শিক্ষামূলক ভ্রমণ ও শিক্ষা সফরকে গঠনমূলক অভিজ্ঞতা হিসেবে দেখা;
- শিক্ষকদের সঙ্গে সাক্ষাৎ ও বিদ্যালয়-পরিবার যোগাযোগের পদ্ধতি;
- প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রস্তাবিত বিকালের কার্যক্রম ও কর্মশালা;
- স্কুলের অভ্যন্তরে শিক্ষার্থীদের ব্যক্তিগত যত্ন ও সুস্থতা;

- তথ্য ও বিজ্ঞপ্তি সংক্রান্ত আপডেটের জন্য বিদ্যালয়ের ওয়েবসাইটের ব্যবহার;
- মায়েদের জন্য ইতালিয়ান ভাষা শিক্ষা স্কুল;
- ভাষাগত ও সাংস্কৃতিক মধ্যস্থতা সেবা প্রদানের নিমিত্তে ডেস্ক প্রতিষ্ঠা।
এই সভাটি একটি সংলাপ ও সহযোগিতার মুহূর্ত হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে, যা শিক্ষার্থীদের শিক্ষামূলক ও গঠনমূলক
যাত্রার সমর্থনমূলক প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেয়ার এবং এমন ভালো অনুশীলন ভাগ করে নেয়ার জন্য কার্যকর ভূমিকা
রাখতে সহায়ক হবে।
尊敬的各位家长，学校将于2025年10月6日下午5点在Pavoni校区 (地址via F. Laparelli）的礼堂
（Aula Magna) 召开初中部家长会。
会议内容安排如下：
- 家校电子记录簿的使用及其重要性；
- 出勤率、准时到校、缺勤以及迟到事由说明；
- 家庭作业及家庭在学习支持中的作用；
- 以教育实践为目的外出教学活动和旅行；
- 教师面谈及家校沟通方式；
- 学校组织的各类下午活动和实践课；
- 在校期间学生的仪容仪表与身心健康；
- 遵守学校的规章制度和规则；
- 通过学校网站获取消息和通知。
- 为妈妈们开设的意大利语课程；
- 学校设立有翻译服务的咨询窗口。
此次会议目的在于提供一个家校沟通与合作的方式，帮助解答疑问并共享关于教育的理念和方法，
更好的促进学生的学习和成长。
